Team So Cal is our Intramural Basketball team here at UCR. It consists of a bunch of friends who love basketball and we kick some ass. Past two years we have been undefeated and made it to the finals but got upset by the lower seeded team. We were THAT close but never got that championship shirt or the bragging rights. Everyone knows we're the team to watch out for though. If you look at our squad, you would laugh because we don't look like the best team or the most athletic. We're just gangster and know our shit when it comes to basketball. This past Monday at 8:30, we had our first game this quarter and we did some damage to the team we lost to last year in the finals. Oh yeah, this quarter I'm not playing because I had a knee injury over the summer and it still gets sore and I'm not trying to risk my walking career over some games that don't mean much. But it sucks so bad to sit on the side and watch.. ahhh =(
